Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for CodeBestie’s digital educational products and services.
1. Digital Products & Access
CodeBestie provides digital educational content, including online lessons, learning paths, quizzes, and related materials. Due to the digital nature of these products, there is nothing to physically return once access is granted.
2. No Refunds After Access
All sales are final once access to paid content is provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accessing lessons or modules
- Viewing or completing quizzes or scenarios
- Downloading or viewing educational materials
- Using dashboards or progress tracking features
Once access begins, refunds are not issued.
3. Preview Access
CodeBestie offers Preview access and detailed program descriptions to help learners evaluate the platform before purchasing. Learners are encouraged to use Preview access to ensure the program meets their needs prior to enrolling in a paid plan.
4. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate billing
- Verified technical errors preventing access
These cases are reviewed individually and do not apply to dissatisfaction after content access.
5. Subscriptions & Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a subscription plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for charges already processed.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund & Returns Policy. CodeBestie maintains records of account access and content usage to respond to payment disputes when necessary.
7. Contact & Support
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, please contact support through the Contact page with your account details.
